had fine stay on vacation, the staff were efficient, location was absolutely perfect close to major attractions. location: the hotel was near to the centre and the bus station as well as good and reasonable restaurants.

No complains at all, recommend this place. Thanks very much for a relaxing stay on vacation. The whole interior is modern and the rooms are good modern. There's a good bar at the hotel.

Good bed, helpful staff. A shower in the bathroom was a plus...

The location is not in the historic center but is a walk or 2.50eur in Uber, has room to park outside (although not much) and indoor parking although I do not know, is remodeled the area of rooms, entrance and breakfast and tasteful in the decoration and finishes (corridors and bathroom especially). The beds are very comfortable and with very nice linen. The breakfast is very good, it doesn't reach to excellent for shades like juice of boat or little cold meat of quality but it is worth it.

pool and jacuzzi area is good but it looks a little old-fashioned and less maintained than the rest of the hotel. pool only has two jets of water and jacuzzi, for five people, makes it necessary to take turns, something that not all guests understand and comply with.

Very trendy, clean and quiet. The bar was awesome, very good breakfast selection. The room has all one can desire, lots of space and ammenities. The restaurant is very neat as well.

I regret, altough the hotel was almost full, the piano in the piano bar was never played during my stay. Very few costumers were using the space. Also the hotel is quite distant from the city center. The internet was free, but very very slow on the second night.

It is a very neat hotel in a functional purpose building just outside the old town, near the train station. The breakfast was very rich and good, large selection. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Since Guimaraes is a very small city, all important places (old town, fort, bus station, stadium) are within walking distance.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the hotel and the service. But one should be aware that due to its location and architecture, this hotel does not provide a "holiday flair" but rather corresponds to a "normal" business hotel as one can find it everywhere. Those who want to breathe more atmosphere of the world cultural heritage should rather look for a hotel in the historical old town (that can be also reached from this hotel in five minutes on foot).

spacious room but lacking a few details

The room provided a generous amount of space. I particularly loved the large, comfortable bed and the relaxing bath option.

Some small details were overlooked that could have elevated the experience.

Great location for getting to the old part of Guimaraes and nice to have views of the castle from the room and breakfast hall.

Unfortunately, the pool ans spa were closed for renovations, just as we walked in the door to check-in. :( I bet they would have been as good as the rest of the hotel.

Friendly staff, but Wi-Fi password changes nightly is inconvenient.

A very comfortable hotel, with private parking and very good location. Breakfast is excellent.

Power cut told to use stairs on third floor no lights on stairwell could not see used external stairs fire exit got to the bottom door way leading out to the street locked.had to pay to use gym and pool not told when booking

I had a lovely stay here and really appreciated how spacious the room was. The huge comfortable bed made for a great night’s sleep. The spa was perfect for unwinding after a busy day, and I enjoyed the relaxation of the indoor pool as well. One little thing I noticed was the lack of complimentary water in the room, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience—definitely check it out! 😊

we had the view of the town--a really nice setting. The room and beds were comfortable.

I have nothing to say against the hotel. The room wasn't according to the last design hits, but ok. Clean, lot of space in the room. The personal was behaving according to 4stars- hotel-rules but was quite cold. The hotel is located cca 15 mins walk from the city centre.
